  • CT Tech / Radiology/Cardiology
  • Years of experience REQ: 1year
  • First-timers accepted: 2 years exp if no travel
  • Weekend REQ: As needed
  • Open to accommodating block schedule? No
  • Locals accepted: 65 mile radius rule
  • Pending License accepted: No, all travelers must be in compliance with NLC guidelines
  • RTO Restrictions: All RTO must included at time of submission

  • Shift: Fri & Mon: 7:30a-3:30p, Sat & Sun: 7a-7p
    Additional Details
  • I9 required
  • APN: I9 Attestation required
  • 2 forms of government issued ID (driver's license, social security card, passport, etc.)
  • 2 forms of Gov ID required
  • E-verify or Attestation for APN.
  • AHA or ARC only. Required for various staff (details provided)
  • Methodist: Intermediate AWHONN required for L&D within 2 years of start
  • Facility Specific Documents (uniform colors, Photo Badge requirements, etc.)
  • Health Documents (Physical Exam, Fit Mask, Vaccinations, etc.)
  • History (Background Check, EPLS/GSA/SAM, HHS/OIG, References, etc.)
