• Daily Patient Volume: 5
• Schedule: 6 days per month (Friday-Sunday 24-hour shifts); Two weekends per month (Friday-Monday 72 hours, 7a-7a); 24-hour call coverage from hotel.
• Stroke Interventions
• Support Staff: Nursing staff. APP not needed.
• EMR: eClinical Works (eCW)

Requirements:

• Current State Medical License: Virginia
• Board Certification/Board Eligible: BC
• DEA/CSR Requirements: Yes
• Case Logs: MUST HAVE 200 case logs in the last 24 months
• Certifications: BCLS, ACLS
