Job Summary: Rental associates are responsible for generating sales through world-class guest service through assisting customers with rental equipment providing our guests with gear and services for the ultimate outdoor experience.
Holiday Help Scheduling Requirements: Minimum of 50-150 Service Hours per winter season required, which can be done in any of the following 3 ways:
1. 50 or more hours worked over Christmas thru the New-Year Holiday
2. 50 or more hours worked as minimum of (10) 5 hour shifts, on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday
3. 50 or more hours worked over Thanksgiving, MLK weekend, President's week/weekend, Spring Break and/or Easter holiday
Job Specifications: - Expected Pay Range: $20.00 / hour
- Shift & Schedule Availability: Holiday Help
- Skill Level: Entry Level
Job Responsibilities: - Provide excellent guest service at one of our retail shops
- Fit guests with equipment - we'll train you!
- Explain to guests how to operate rental equipment, safety practices, and guest responsibility for the equipment during the rental including length of rental and return options
- Work together with teammates to maintain safety standard
- May include other duties such as cashiering, retail sales
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements: - Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends
- Commitment to exceptional Customer Service
- Maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry
- Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
A Retail Associate is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles which could include one of the following:
- Resort Activities
- Retail Rental operations
- Food and Beverage Support
- Ticket sales or scanning
- Lift Operations
- Base Area Operations
The expected pay range is $20.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
