Job Description 4x10 Friday-Monday Weekends Acts as a technical information resource for Mercy One Des Moines Laboratory. Identifies problems that may adversely affect test performance and/or results and uses knowledge and skills to troubleshoot and resolve them. Consult with Medical Technologists and/or Medical Laboratory Scientists when appropriate. Performs tasks and procedures specific to assigned sections with minimal supervision.
