Certification Details ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA Only) BLS - Basic Life Support (AHA Only) PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (AHA only) NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure (NRP must be AHA or AAP) TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course IV Certification (LVN/LPN/Other) Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB) NIH Stroke Certification Tech Cert Verification - National State License Verification Job Details Biweekly Starts Can sign for 36 or 48 hours per week RN/Medical Surgical Years of experience REQ: 1 First-timers accepted: Yes Guaranteed Hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks. The cancelled shifts must be the regular shift length to which the Contractor Personnel is assigned Special Requirements: General Med Surg Experiencewould prefer Level I/Teaching experience, but not required Patient Diagnoses: Neurology, neurosurgery and stroke patients in a Magnet designated, level 1 trauma, certified stroke center at an academic healthcare facility Special Procedures/Unit Details: Pre- and Post-Operative spine surgeries and craniotomies, admissions from home/clinic/ED, transfers from step-down unit and ICU Special Equipment: Bladder Ultrasound Job Requirements Ratios: 1:4-5 Weekend REQ: Every other Certs REQ: BLS, NIH, IV start required Is on-call REQ?
