HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC or BE Family Medicine Physician to join our Primary Care team in Mt. Zion, IL. HSHS Medical Group works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System.

Practice Highlights

• 100% Outpatient Practice
• Monday-Friday weekly schedule with an option of a 4 or 5 day work week
• Minimal call with group shared call
• Call is phone call only, no requirement to be called in.
• No holidays or weekends
• Strong support staff provided
• EPIC EMR

Position Requirements

• Unrestricted Illinois license prior to start
• Board Certified or Board Eligible

Compensation & Benefits Package

• 2 year base guarantee
• Sign-On bonus, housing incentive, and relocation assistance all available
• Residency stipends available for those still finishing residency
• 20 days off + 6 holidays per year
