Hillcrest Plastic Surgery, an established practice with over 20 years of history in Orlando, Florida, is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a focus on dermatology and cosmetic procedures, particularly in body contouring and rejuvenation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a dermatology or cosmetic surgery setting and a strong interest in procedures such as injectables and laser treatments. This position does not require hospital call.
The practice includes an AAAASF-certified on-site surgical suite, with a hospital-based outpatient surgical center nearby. Our highly trained staff has an average tenure of 10 years and includes nurses, nurse practitioners, anesthesiologists, and patient care coordinators who work collaboratively in a supportive environment.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist in a range of dermatologic and cosmetic procedures, including body contouring, skin cancer screenings, and post-procedure follow-ups
- Perform minimally invasive cosmetic dermatology treatments, such as Juvederm, Voluma, Botox, and a variety of laser treatments under the supervision of a board-certified plastic surgeon
- Operate and maintain proficiency with advanced laser technologies for treatments, including skin resurfacing, hair removal, and other dermatologic applications
- Build patient relationships by educating on services and tailoring recommendations to meet individual needs
- Participate in and support practice training, continuing education, and staff meetings
- Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals in a patient-centered environment
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of Florida
- 3 years of experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, or related field, with expertise in laser treatments and cosmetic procedures
- Certified and trained in injectable treatments and non-surgical cosmetic procedures, including lasers
- Strong interpersonal and patient-education skills
