Job Title: Customer Service Representative III Job Duration: Feb 2024 - Aug 2024 Est. Pay Range: $17.00 - $18.25/hr Work Type: Onsite Overview/ Responsibilities: Maintain daily contact with key client contacts and perform data entry / order processing within specified system.
Document and report on the status of pending inquiries regarding account problems, plus some outgoing phone calls.
Experienced position that requires a bachelor's or master's degree and 5-8 years of experience.
Required Skills/ Qualification/ Education: This is a data entry position.
Resource must have Salesforce experience but would also like to have someone with SAP as well. If they don't have SAP, it is not a deal breaker.
They are willing to train in this.
This resource will be creating tickets and assigning them to the CSM's.
