Overview:
Receive all factory orders. Maintain bin and stock parts department.
Responsibilities:
- Receive parts orders; check against invoice and note any damage or shortage. Ship parts or other items as required.
- Place parts in stock or special order location.
- Maintain bin in an organized manner.
- Package and ship factory claims and returns.
- Assist in delivery unloading.
- Maintain parts department organized. Break down and dispose of cardboard waste.
- Assist delivery drivers in loading and locating parts for orders.
- Must be able to lift at least fifty (50) pounds, bend reach overhead, squat and stoop.
- Pack orders together so they are easy to locate and verify.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 1-2 years experience in a customer service orientated environment preferred
- Can adapt and embrace change with an internal and external customer centric mindset
- Act as an advocate for teammates and have a strong commitment to technology advancement
- Possesses effective communication skills: oral, written, listening.
- Works well with customers, promotes a positive image of the company, strives to solve issues raised by customers.
