- Call Ratio: 1:4
- Average Number of Clinic Patients Per Day: 10-12
- Average Number of Inpatient Admissions Per Physician Per Day: varies per census
- Total Number of Beds: 391
- Number of Cardiologists Physicians in Group: 1
- Other Cardiologists will be Present During Locum's Coverage
- Locum Physician is Required to Supervise Other(4 mid-level providers)
- Patient Age Demographic: Adult/Geriatric
- Documentation System: EPIC
Procedures Required: Echocardiography, Electrocardiograms (EKGs), CPETEchocardiography procedures are diagnostic only
Estimated credentialing timeframe: 180 days; temp privileges available
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Board Certified - REQUIRED
- Active VA License & DEA - REQUIRED
- BLS/ACLS Certified - REQUIRED
- Flu vaccine - REQUIRED at time of credentialing
