The ideal candidate will possess a robust engineering background, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset to work across multiple disciplines. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Engineer to lead the development and execution of customer and internal gas treating projects. General requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering 2 years of experience in project engineering and/or process/asset integrity engineering or related roles Preferred Qualifications: Experience in refining, oil and gas, or chemical processing. Professional Engineer (PE) certification or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) pursuing PE. Essential Job Functions: Lead and manage engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and compliance with quality standards. Develop comprehensive project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders. Create detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, construction, and quality assurance. Monitor project progress, proactively identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. Analyze and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance safety. Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to support continuous improvement of existing assets. Provide technical support and training to operations personnel. Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Experience with process optimization and asset integrity management in an industrial setting. Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., CAD, ProMax or similar simulation software). Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, ASME, API).
