Job Details HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital is in need of RNs. Candidates will be working in the Case Management department with unit based RN CM and SW. Job Requirements Hospital Case Management Experience is mandatory. Detailed-oriented candidates with strong time management and multi-tasking skills are preferred. Schedule Information Candidates are expected to work every other weekend and Holidays in rotation with Hospital employees. Unit Specific Information The Case Management department consists of unit-based RN CM and SW. Staff mix for Day Shift can typically include 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters. Patient Ratios can be 1 RN CM to 20-25 patients. The unit utilizes Meditech as its EMR system.
