  • Work Dates Needed: On-Going Beginning March 1st. Weeknight Call and Weekend Call Negotiable
  • Preferred Schedule: Client is looking for consistency 1week stretch/month at a minimum 8a-5p Monday through Friday
  • Worksite Setting: Hospital Base
  • Scope of Work: 50% IR + 50% DX
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: OK License, DEA, ABR
  • EMR: TBD
  • Pay Rate: $335/hr
