Description Astria Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team! This position will be in the Family Birthing Center with 12 hour night shifts. What you get to do every day! As the Certified Nursing Assistant, you will beresponsible forassisting with the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a registered nurse or provider, and general clinical duties.You will:
- Perform basic medical procedures within licensure as per policy.
- Observe patient's condition and report any changes
- Monitor and ensure the accuracy of recording in patient's clinic records.
- Prepare patient rooms for admission and discharge.
- Provide support and assistance to ensure quality and quantity of work and care are achieved.
- Prioritize work and effectively adapt to changes in workload.
- Collaborate effectively across department and organizational boundaries.
- Adheres to the core values and standards of the organization.
Requirements What you bring to the role: - High School Graduate or GED.
- Nursing Assistant certificate from the State of Washington, at least a Level A required
- One or more years' experience working in an administrative position supporting office staff and activities.
- One of more years' experience in customer service or a clinical business environment.
- Current BCLS certification.
- Oral and written fluency in the English language
