Material Handler/General Labor needed in N. Houston 77090
Pay: $18/hr.
Second Shift: 3pm to 10:30pm or 12:30am depending on production needs.
Material Handler/General Labor Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading raw material as assigned
• Pull material inserts from machines and towers to fulfill orders.
• Part Break out and label parts from laser machines. Place parts onto designated pallets.
• Transfer/move pallets from and to other Work Centers as needed using Pallet Jack or forklift.
• Inspect material for defects, scratches , or other damage. Report to lead and/or supervisor as necessary.
• Palletize parts in accordance with job schedule.
• Ensure all transactions have been completed in GSS for job schedule before physically transferring parts to inventory.
• Moves Scrap Sheetmetal to dumpster .
• Other duties as assigned.

Material Handler/General Labor Re quirements

• High School Diploma.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience
• Must be able to use tape measure, micrometer or Calipers
• Must have basic Drawing knowledge
