Start Date/Duration: ASAP; Ongoing
Schedule: 4 days per week; 10 hours. Can be onsite (preferred), hybrid or fully remote
1+ hour initial evaluations; 20-30 minute follow ups
Primarily adult patient populations; Option to see adolescents and kids down to 8 years old, if desired
EMR: Cerner
Will split schedule between two local facilities
