Family Medicine Physician
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $129.01 - $139.65

This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• January 2025 - June 2025
• Nursing Home Setting
• Procedures Provider Will Be Required To Perform: Admissions, discharges, acute evaluations, and 30 days evaluations
• 8-12 patients per day
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60+ days
