Must have the ability to perform ALL associated job functions in a safe manner, following all safety procedures, taking all precautions, and using all required safety equipment.2. Must be able to operate safely an 18-wheeler for the purpose of pre weighing, spotting, loading, and re weighing bulk trailers.3. Must be able to inspect trailers and determine if condition is acceptable for loading.4. Must be able to load bulk trailers, complying with all procedures and requirements.5. Must be able to fill out and complete all required paperwork associated with loading and weighing.6. Must be able to input all data associated with loading and weighing of bulk trailers.7. Must be able to work required hours including overtime any shift, seven days a week if necessary, including holidays.8. Must be able to properly load at a minimum of 1.5 trailers per hour or 10 per shift.10. Must follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).11. Must maintain high levels of safety and sanitation performance which includes Safety Audits, 5s Audits and others as required.12.
