Find out more at watch an overview video at Hiring for a Call Center Customer Service Representative!nnTransdev is proud to offer:nn$19.00/hournnAttractive benefits package, including 401(k) with company contribution, medical, dental and vision.nnPaid time off & vacation.nnOur Customer Service Representatives are responsible for:nnResponds to customer inquiries and problems by providing timely and accurate information or directing inquiries to supervisor.nnFollows and explains policy and procedure as outlined in operations and procedures manuals.nnTreats each customer/caller with courtesy, dignity, and respect privacy.nnMeets or exceeds established performance requirements.nnEnters data with an error of 1% or less for notation of transportation type, pickup times, appointment times, addresses, and other information as outlined in operations and procedures manuals.nnDocuments trip authorization according to procedures.nnRemains knowledgeable of all policies and procedure changes.nnAdheres to the work schedule in order to handle the call volume and contractual requirements, unless request made by supervisor.nnAll other duties as assigned.nnTo qualify as a Customer Service Representative, you’ll need:nnA minimum of a High School diploma or GEDnnAble to operate a computernnComplete any training requirementsnnCommunicate clearly in EnglishnnAble to operate standard telephone systemnnExercise business telephone etiquettennThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
