We are currently looking for a Driver - CDL Class B w/ passenger endorsement to join our Transportation team. Great Benefits: Full-Time positions include a full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, PTO, 401k and tuition reimbursement.nnFull Time Position Salary Range::$19.00 To 22.00 Hourly Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm 9:00am - 5:30 pm 40 hours Full Benefit Package OfferednnDay to Day duties: Responsible for the safe and timely transportation of PACE participants.nThis includes transport of participants, meals, durable medical equipment, pharmacy, and any other transportation as deemed necessary.nResponsible for overall cleanliness and safety of the vehicle assigned on a daily basis.nResponsible for communicating any safety issue to the Transportation Coordinator.nnRequirements New Jersey drivers license, CDL- Class B license with passenger endorsement and Safe driving record required.nMust be able to read and understand maps and routing information to navigate within the PACE service area.nMust be able to handle information in a confidential manner at all times and to deal professionally and diplomatically with people.nMust have good interpersonal skills Experienced in transporting individuals with special mobility needs required. Must be flexible and able to function in stressful situations.nKnowledge of safety requirements pertaining to the transportation industry required.nRequires individual who can coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and is skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with participants, caregivers and co-workers.nMust be proficient in identifying and recommending problem resolution.
