About the job
We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to help design and bring to life a platform that will help product teams provide a more enjoyable customer experience. Do you have experience with cloud- and web-based applications? An understanding of Web RTC concepts and responsive design? Well, this might be the role for you!
What you’ll be doing
- Brainstorming on new product ideas and bringing them to life.
- Working with executive leadership on product ideas and services that will differentiate IrisCX.
- Working with the design team to make the most appealing products.
- Design and build applications while adhering to coding best practices.
Your Background
- A good understanding of responsive design in web development.
- Experience creating and maintaining unit tests. Knowledge of unit testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, Chai, etc.
- Experience with building RESTful APIs, and knowledge of HTTP. An understanding of WebRTC concepts, such as ICE, TURN, peer connections, etc.
- Familiarity with relational database design, SQL.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, such as AWS and GCP.
- Able to create and extend multilayer scalable cloud-based applications.
- In-depth knowledge of at least two programming languages (JavaScript, PHP, C#, Python, C++).
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch).
- Applied knowledge of cloud and web technologies (REST APIs, side cache, cloud storage, multi-tenancy, microservices, distributed computing).
- Applied knowledge of event-driven architectures.
- Hands-on experience with GCP and AWS is a must to succeed within our team.
- CI/CD knowledge and understanding of best DevOps practices is an asset.
- Knowledge of bash programming is an asset.
