WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Collaborate with senior management to develop, strategize, and execute annual plans; manage budgets and trend forecasting.
Create and oversee LEAN projects; focus on maintaining and increasing service levels.
Assess and coordinate machinery to increase productivity; identify system bottlenecks and develop strategies to improve efficiency.
Oversee projects and monitor deliverables, ensuring the division is reaching deadlines and quotas.
Support team members across many levels, offering assistance and guidance when needed; uphold a positive, collaborative company culture.
SKILLS YOU’LL BRING:
10+ years in a senior management role in manufacturing, operations, or a relevant industry
Experience in a unionized environment
Experience managing high-volume output
Strong knowledge of LEAN manufacturing projects
Demonstrated involvement in the strategic planning of budgets and capital projects
Humble, team-focused personality; eager to provide mentorship, strategize, and work hard to help others.
