You will report to the Director of Product Marketing and be an integral part of an ambitious cross-functional growth team composed of marketers, product managers, and engineers. In this role, you will be directly responsible for driving outcomes within a well-defined customer segment and will be contributing significantly to Float’s next phase of growth. You will own or report against exec-level metrics like time to onboard, product adoption, and upsell rate. Your efforts will enhance our product’s ability to serve SMBs across Canada, ensuring they receive tailored solutions that meet their unique business finance needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the Float Customer Journey for SMBs : Design and build comprehensive cross-channel campaigns and always-on flows for the post-acquisition customer lifecycle, ensuring alignment with core PLG objectives and metrics.
Create Engaging Content and Communications: Produce compelling content and polished communications that resonate with our ICP, driving engagement and action through every touchpoint.
Leverage Data and Automation : Utilize data analytics and marketing automation tools (Hubspot, Intercom, Appcues, etc.) to better understand user journeys, segment audiences, and deliver personalized experiences that enhance customer experience and achieve business outcomes.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams : Work within a closely knit cross-functional growth team to rapidly iterate on user experiences that drive activation and adoption, while planning marketing activities in alignment with broader business goals and customer needs.
A/B Testing and Experimentation : Generate and test hypotheses using A/B tests and other experiments to determine the effectiveness of lifecycle strategies. Surface and share key learnings and recommendations with wider GTM and product teams.
Be the Voice of the Customer : Take a human-centered approach to everything you ship, acting as a driving force for qualitative customer research within the cross-functional growth team. Understand and advocate for the importance of customer feedback and qualitative insights, and be a champion for your customer segment within the growth team and across the broader organization.
Minimum Qualifications:

You have a track record of cross-functional partnership. You excel in working with teams across different domains, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach to customer experience.
