Work Details:

• Support staff: there are 2 APPs and 3 physicians along with MA/LPN

• Amount of coverage needed per month: 1-2 weeks per month; could be more in future

• Patients per day: Hospital coverage only; will round and answer consults; rounding is typically 1-3 hours daily on weekends.

• EMR: Meditech (will move to Epic in future)

• Hospital bed size: 90

• Special procedures: Electrocardiography interpretation including stress and TEE; cardioversions.

Practice Setting:

• Hospital

Requirements:

• Board Certification: Cardiovascular Medicine

• License required: Ohio License - IMLC Only

• DEA: Active DEA with Ohio address

• Certifications required: ACLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days for privileges; need 90-120 days for financial credentialing.
