Locally owned and operated credit union in the Gallatin Valley is hiring an Member Services Representative to add to their team. This entry level customer service position will help launch your career in the banking and finance industry. For 80 years this Montana organization has built long lasting relationships with customers by providing quality personalized service. Essential Functions:
The Member Services Representative main responsibility is to establish and maintain member relationships by ensuring members are satisfied with products, services, and features. Along with that, the MSR will assist with transactions, opening and closing accounts, and resolving any financial issues that may arise.

- Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Qualifications:- High School education or GED
- Direct cash-handling experience is preferred
