Are you passionate about technology and driven to deliver exceptional service in a dynamic IT environment? Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions is seeking a dedicated IT Technician to join our team in Wichita Falls, TX.
About the Role
As an IT Technician, you'll be the go-to person for technical support, ensuring smooth operations for our team and the critical work they do for kids and families. Your responsibilities will include:
- Provisioning user accounts and resolving connectivity issues.
- Troubleshooting equipment abnormalities.
- Managing helpdesk tickets and meeting service level agreements (SLAs) within two business days.
- Supporting staff in your assigned region, with occasional travel as required.
- Collaborating with a forward-thinking IT team to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
- Education: High School diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Prior experience in computer systems or a helpdesk setting is preferred.
- Training: On-the-job training provided.
- Other: Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency underwriting standards.
