Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various settings, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests and staff. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities 1.Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
2. Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.
3. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions.
4. Follow established procedures for cleaning and maintaining floors, carpets, and upholstery.
5. Adhere to safety protocols while using industrial cleaning equipment.
6. Provide exceptional hospitality service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns.
7. Assist in housekeeping management tasks as needed, including training new staff members on cleaning standards.

Requirements 1. Proven experience in custodial or housekeeping roles preferred; experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus.

3. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
4. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
6. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
7. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
