CMA - Primary Care at St. Luke's Health System in Nampa, Idaho, United States Job Description Overview At St. Luke's, our dedicated team of Certified Medical Assistants strive to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional patient experiences. Sign on bonus eligible What you can expect from this role + Clinic operates 5 days a week Monday-Friday, 7:00-6:00 with four 10-hour shifts. + Serves diverse populations: pediatric, adult, and senior. + Provides comprehensive front door care including wellness, acute, behavioral health, diagnostics, and pharmacy services. + Emphasizes seamless care delivery through optimized workflows and cross-training. + Utilizes consumer insights to inform and enhance practices, recommending explorative studies and new standards. + Collaborates on developing, refining, and enhancing clinical programs, processes, and policies with care team. + Conducts post-discharge outreach to reduce readmission risks.
