A Colorado-based employer is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist for a 6-month contract-to-hire position. This role offers a hybrid model in Woodland Park, Colorado, or remote work for candidates in the Denver Metro Area. The first 3 weeks require mandatory training 5 days on-site with hotel accommodations provided. The company, a growing broadband provider, delivers fiber internet to homes and small businesses. The new hire will join a team responsible for onboarding new customers, addressing account questions, and facilitating interdepartmental communication. Daily tasks may include handling billing inquiries and working through a ticketing system. As the face of the company, the team must demonstrate a high level of care and urgency. The position offers a pay rate of $20 per hour.
