Window Cleaning/Pressure Washing Technician Window Genie is a nationally ranked home service franchise dedicated to improving the look and value of homes in your community through various services such as window cleaning, roof cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and more.
As a Technician, you are a key member of our team responsible for the quality and efficient performance of home & commercial exterior cleaning services. You will develop new customers by identifying opportunities to sell additional work. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

Specific Responsibilities: - Provide service in our three service categories which include window cleaning, roof cleaning, and pressure washing; will also include gutter cleaning, chandelier cleaning, and holiday lighting.
- Speak with customers about additional services
- Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of cleaning supplies on the vehicle
- Keep company vehicles and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition
- Complete invoices and follow work orders as required. Reinforce quality control and cross-train fellow technicians.
- Manage Assistant Technicians on your team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in shop maintenance, trash removal, sweeping, organizing equipment and shelves.
- Report to the Lead Technician any outstanding issues, equipment breakages, identify and correct deficiencies in workmanship.
Job Requirements: - Must have drivers license
- Physical ability to lift ladders
- Willing and able to work up to 32' on a ladder
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance and personality
Length of Position: This position is for March 1st through December 15th. Retention bonuses available technicians returning the following March.
