Our Personal Care Assistants work on site at a Federal Government facility in Virginia providing daily care and assistance to the employees of the a large Intelligence Agency.We are seeking professionals who are reliable, experienced care givers seeking a rewarding opportunity to make an impact on the lives of others.
This role is a part of our medical provider team hired under: Jamshid Tamiry, M.D., P.C., dba QTC Medical Group of Alaska, a Leidos QTC Health Services affiliated medical professional corporation,
*Applicants must possess or be able to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph prior to start
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to employees with disabilities or injuries in performing their daily work (e.g. feeding, personal hygiene, removing or putting on clothing, using the restroom, transporting in a wheelchair, escorting around the office, etc.)
- Provides support, encouragement and companionship by engaging individuals in activities
- Documents services delivered in accordance with policy and procedure
- May be expected to perform some administrative duties as needed
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Experience Requirements: (includes certificate & licenses) - One of the following certifications is required
- PCA-Personal Care Assistant certification
- HHA-Home Health Aide certification
- CNA-Certified Nurse Assistant
- 2+ years applicable experience as a personal care assistant
- High School diploma or GED
Hours and Location: - Must be able to work an 8 hour shift within the hours of 6:30am - 4:30pm
- Position in located in Mclean, VA
Hourly Pay $23.00 - $25.00 /hr.+ Quarterly Bonus
