UniFirst Cave City is seeking a reliable and dedicated Production Team Partner to join our team. As a Team Partner in the Production Department, you will perform various operations utilizing established processes and procedures while meeting performance expectations for productivity, quality, safety, and overall performance in our manufacturing areas. What youll be doing: Building quality mats Required Components Perform rubber cutting by operating the cut station, loading rubber, measuring, documenting data for paperwork, and moving cut parts to the lay-up station. Assemble mat lay-ups according to the job order. Prepare the lay-up of assemblies. Operate the automatic oven presses. Operate perforator to order specifications. Set up the pallet production for trimming. Utilize shears and trim saw to order specifications. Mark and stack finished products for the warehouse. Document data for required forms. Package and label samples for shipment as necessary. Perform other duties as assigned by leadership. QualificationsWhat were looking for: Must be 18 years or older. High school or GED is preferred. Ability to stand and walk for an 10-hour shift. Ability to lift and move at least 25lbs continuously throughout shift. Ability to work overtime as required.
