Summary:
Key Requirements:
The Sanitation Team Member is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in and around company facilities.
- Remove all refuse from offices and building daily
- Clean warehouse utilizing a variety of equipment and products
- Repair damaged pallets
- Remove ice and snow from walkways and parking lots
- Wash and sweep inside of trailers
- Clean break room and work areas
- Maintain exterior property, keeping it clean and orderly
- Keep company reports related to sanitation
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Key Responsibilities:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules
- Ability to perform simple math calculations
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, stretch, step, climb and/or sit frequently or through the duration of the shift
- Ability to load/unload, lift/move equipment/product which may weigh up to 100 pounds
- Have appropriate eye, hand and foot coordination to properly use various equipment and/or tools
- Ability to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits and attitude
- Ability to function as a team member and get along with others
