This role is essential to supporting our production and engineering operations by managing inventory, assisting with data reporting, and coordinating engineering store operations at our RTH and Dry Rice packaging plant.As a Production Control Clerk, you will work closely with the Maintenance Lead and production team to support the smooth functioning of inventory management, reporting, and engineering stores operations. This position requires a mechanically inclined individual with strong technical knowledge who can maintain organization, ensure data accuracy, and contribute to process improvements.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and manage inventory levels for engineering and production materials, ensuring proper storage and organizationOrder and receive spares and consumables as requiredConduct weekly stock checks and verify physical stock against recordsPrepare daily MIS reports and support data analysis for management decision-makingEnsure data accuracy within SAP systemsCollaborate with finance for payment tracking upon receiving services or materialsSupport special projects related to operational efficiency improvementsMaintain accurate records for engineering and production departmentsEducation, Skills & Experience:Associate Degree in Engineering or a related fieldMechanical background with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExperience with engineering stores managementProficiency in SAP softwareAttention to detail with a commitment to safety standardsAbility to work both independently and in a collaborative team environmentMust be fluent in English and Spanish and able to communicate clearly and effectively.
