A career as an IT Configurations & Services Governance Practice Advisor in the IT Assets, Configurations and Services Governance team at National Bank means acting as a specialist in aligning strategies between IT services and business models. It is through your skills in analysis and synthesis, your experience in the evolution of the IT service portfolio with relation to metrics and your knowledge of service offerings in order to have a positive impact and to create value for our users in a transformation context.
Your job: - Define and articulate needs for new IT services or modifications to existing services by supporting business models
- Establish and maintain relationships with our IT partners and support them to increase their maturity in the daily management of their IT services and business areas
- Carry out appropriate communications to announce developments or when a situation may cause impacts to users
- Offer your technological leadership to architects, teams or squads to support the execution of operational processes, according to ITIL governance, and contribute to the resolution of situations with high visibility
- Ensure that services and the trend of service levels agreed within the framework of internal agreements are aligned with expected levels
- Administer the enterprise architecture platform by supporting this practice in their needs and the evolution of the tool

Prerequisites: - Bachelor's degree, related to the sector of activity, and five years of relevant experience or College diploma, related to the sector of activity, and eight years of relevant experience
- ITIL training and ITSM tool knowledge (ServiceNow an asset)
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture tools (Lean IX an asset)
- Experience in managing stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams/facilitating workshops
- Analysis and synthesis skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, rigor, spirit of synthesis and dynamism
- Developed sense of autonomy and organization
- Effective verbal and written communication
