Je suis à la recherche, pour un de nos clients, situé à Longueuil, d'un technicien informatique senior. Il s'agit d'un poste permanent, en mode hybride. Le salaire proposé varie en fonction de l'expérience (60 000 à 70 000 $).
Vos missions seront :

I'm looking for a senior IT technician for one of our customers in Longueuil. This is a permanent position, in hybrid mode. Salary varies according to experience ($60,000 to $70,000).
Your responsibilities will include :
- Ensure the efficient resolution of technical problems for the company's customers
- Advise customers on problem resolution, maintenance and new installations.
- Install IT tools (hardware and software)
- Make recommendations and analyses following customer visits.

- Degree in computer science
- At least 10 years' experience in the field - in an MSP would be a plus
- Experience as a technician on the road would be a plus
- Good generic knowledge: Windows, AD, Office 365, Powershell, Cisco
