Job details:

• Start Date: 11/01/2024
• Dates of Coverage: Beginning November 1 until we solidify long-term candidate or plan
• Reason for Coverage: EP physician is leaving
• Practice Setting: Office clinic, procedures, and hospital rounding
• Trauma Level/Designation: Level 2
• Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
• Patient Age Demographic: Adult
• Procedures/Surgeries Required: Radiofrequency Ablation (Catheter Ablation)
• Additional Procedures Required or Preferred: Devices, ICU, pacemakers, Micros, EP studies

Job Requirements:

• Board Certified in Electrophysiology - Required
• Fellowship Training - Required
• Active OH license - Required
• ACLS, BLS - Required
