- Dates: Oct 14, 2024-Ongoing need through Oct 2025
- Schedule: Mon - Thurs 8a-4p; Fri 8-12
- Conduct outreach clinic 1day/month to Miles City MT (transportation provided) (not overnight trip)
- 20 patients seen in the clinic daily
- On Call: Will share Group call. Weekend Call is about 1:4. Weekly call is approx 1 -2 day(s) per week
- No working holidays in clinic but will be a part of Group call for Holidays
- See 1-2 patients on average when on call for hospital
- Support Staff: Have MAs, LPNs on staff
- Epic EMR
- Certifications: BC required, BLS, ACLS required, Will wait for license
- Must have at least 5 years of experience
