Hiring for Painter in Anoka, MN, US - Pay $21-25/hrShift:1st shift: 5:30am -4 pmJob DescriptionPerform hanging, unloading, pre-staging, masking, and painting operations to established standards. The process is easily repeatable, requiring minimal troubleshooting and adjustment to complete assigned tasks.Understand and seek continuous improvement opportunities in paint processes. Maintain paint equipment in good operating order. Train in the paint booth to learn powder coat painting.Additional Qualifications6 months of industrial painting experience The ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.The ability to bend/twist or turn repeatedly throughout the shift. Good work history, even if it is not in manufacturing.Ability to effectively communicate.Good memorization skills.Work EnvironmentThis is a manufacturing facility without air conditioning, and it may get hot during the summer. The workspace features very nice lighting with skylights and high ceilings, providing a spacious and team-oriented work environment.
