Through premium kid-friendly lodging and a cutting-edge education system that follows the children wherever they go, Boundless brings together a community of like-minded families who want to explore the planet while working remotely and having a positive impact on their lives and the world.
Since we were founded in2021, we have quickly grown to 5 locations across two continents and more than 100 team members of different nationalities.

The role
As the Marketing Lead at Boundless Life, you will play a critical role in enabling more families to live & learn around the world. Your expertise in marketing and growth will be instrumental in increasing brand awareness, generating qualified leads for the sales team and driving company growth. This position is a full-time and fully remote position.

Job Description:
- Your main responsibility is to attract our target audiences and generate qualified leads for the sales team
- You have complete responsibility for the Marketing activations, including planning and execution.
- Develop and manage new and recurring demand generation programs, including targeted outbound prospecting, new marketing campaigns, content marketing and more. You’ll think of new ways to grow our channels and acquire customers.
- Data-driven methodology, analysis, and measurement to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our performance channels
- Grow awareness of the brand through conferences, podcast outreach, partnership B2B and more
- Coach the marketing team to deliver consistent but creative executions (incl. Content, design, social and PR)
- Stay up to date with market trends and integrate key market insights into the Marketing Strategy
- Clearly define our ideal customer persona and continuously evolve to stay aligned with company strategy

You will be valued for:
- Previous experience in high-growth and venture-backed businesses, demonstrating a strong track record of successful marketing campaigns.
- Proven ability to build and scale marketing business models.
- Proven experience in go-to-market marketing strategies and execution.
- Understanding of business intelligence: data readiness, analytical skills.
- Understanding of marketing funnels, segmentation, and brand positioning
- Growth mindset and a solid knowledge of all performance marketing channels: Paid, SEO, CRO, affiliate marketing, content marketing and email marketing automation
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for Building Brands: Bring a genuine passion for brand building and a creative approach to marketing
- Great Collaboration Skills: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including PR, sales, and operations, to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing efforts
- Team management experience, but also ready to get your hands dirty
- Experience in the Education industry is a plus
