Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) - Masconomet Healthcare Center Part Time & Full Time hours available Shifts: 6:45 am-3:15 pm, 2:45 pm-11:15 pm, 11 pm-7 am. Additional differentials for nights and weekends. Per diem also available: $22 or $25 Essential Functions: -Provide exceptional resident care including, but not limited to: - Identify special resident problems and changes in condition and report them immediately to supervisor - Bathes, neatly dresses and undresses residents - Grooms resident including shaving, hair and fingernail care - Accurately records percentage of resident food and fluid intake - Feeds resident according to care plan(s) - Monitors meal trays - Answers call lights timely - Delivers and removes resident meal trays - Pulls up side rails and rolls down bed - Changes incontinent residents -Takes residents to bathroom every 2 hours or as requested - Completes tub baths, showers or bed baths - Turns and repositions all bed and chair residents every 2 hours including but not limited to pulling up in bed - Empties and records all urinary drainage units - Assists nurse with treatment procedures - Changes bed linens on occupied and unoccupied beds - Takes, records and reports weights of residents - Inspects resident skin condition with daily care and reports to the supervisor Prerequisites: - Minimum 10th grade education.
