Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. Your communication and problem-solving skills will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting issues with products or services and offer appropriate solutions.
• Follow up on customer issues to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when needed.
• Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, aiming for resolution while adhering to company guidelines.
• Meet performance targets, including call volume, customer satisfaction, and resolution time.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Proficient in using computer systems, CRM software, and MS Office.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
