Customer Service Representative , you will perform various functions of the Customer Service Department.

What We're Looking For - Associate degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school; OR
- 6+ months of related experience or training; OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents, write reports, and work effectively with customers and sales
- Basic mathematical skills with the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Solid troubleshooting skills
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift 10 pounds
What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative - Provide telephone support for customers, TSMs, and consumers
- Manage all inbound calls per Call Quality Standards
- Interface with outside vendors for art proofs and customer orders
- Assist with internal and external customer orders
- Receive, review, and submit order requests
- Review customer orders for pricing, accuracy, and compliance
- Remain knowledgeable on BSG products, processes, and promotions
- Problem-solve basic to complex customer-related issues
- Process Customer Service Correspondence (CSC) requests
- Maintain and establish access for customers on the Customer Web Portal
- Assist with Contact Us and other customer communications sites
- Submit and manage Proof of Delivery claims
- Interface with the warehouse, Sales, Marketing, and other departments
- Issue and track Return Authorizations
- Provide backup support to Logo and Order Entry
- Meet monthly performance goals
- Assist with other projects and tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned
