What are we looking for and what can you bring to the table? - We're for looking for a genuine caring and compassionate individual with a passion for hospitality that possess integrity and accountability.
- An individual who let's their personality shine through and can be themselves.
- They feel empowered to make the best decisions for the guest to create an experience and truly connect with them.
- 1-2 years' previous bell attendant/Valet, in a luxury hotel setting preferred.
- United States driver's license required with clean driving record
- An individual with the ability to operate manual transmission vehicles required
- Able stand during an entire work shift required
- The ability to move luggage carts weighing up to 200lbs as well as the ability to lift and carry boxes up to 100lbs required
- Successful candidate must have a flexible schedule, available to work weekends, days, evenings and holidays.
- Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States
What would my job responsibilities be? - Using your genuine and authentic personality you will be responsible for the guest experience upon arrival and departure of all of our internal and external guest.
- Assist guest with luggage during arrival and departure, ensures luggage is delivered to the correct room.
- Is aware and present and responsible for coordinating door access for guest entering and leaving the resort lobby.
- Is a committed team player that maintains quality, proper flow and cleanliness of front drive.
- Makes necessary deliveries to and pick up from guest rooms, transports guest and hotel packages and parcels.
- Ensure that assigned vehicles are kept clean and maintained at the beginning of shift.
- Assists guests by providing transportation to and from local destination within a defined area.
