Description

Bowling Green Brandywine in Kennett Square, Pa is looking for a full time Human Resources Assistant

+ Assist with a variety of HR functions in the facility including employee records, new hire orientation, benefits communications and employee recognition.

+ Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.

+ Support special projects and events related to these functions and operate under immediate supervision.

+ Maintain current employee information, policy and procedure manuals, other communications and distribute as appropriate.

+ Responsible for filing all documents in personnel files.

+ Manage processes connected with the onboarding of new employees, process terminations largely consisting of ensuring UltiPro data entry and communication to respective departments.

+ Update and maintain employee data in UltiPro and ensure confidential handling of sensitive information.

+ Coordinate new hire and benefits orientation, employee training programs, hiring support, job analysis, and compensation analysis.

REQUIREMENTS:

+ High School Diploma or equivalent

+ Confidentiality

+ At least two years' of experience working in an administrative support role

+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

+ Positive attitude and a willingness to learn

+ One of more years' of experience in an HR support role

PREFERRED:

+ Associates Degree in Business or Human Resources

+ + One or more year's of experience working in a professional office setting in healthcare
