Renegade Racing Fuels a division of Valor, LLC in Owensboro, KY is looking for a highly motivated, independent, positive personality to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. POSITION PURPOSE:
To be the initial point of contact for the Renegade Race Fuel division customer base and provide administrative support to the Race Executive Team and Regional Account Managers as needed. Race CSR ensures strong customer relations by assisting partners, clients and customers with basic flow of service needs. Maintain necessary files and reports within the division. Race CSR will also work with suppliers and freight companies as necessary to support business needs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Exceptional Customer Service
•Provide services to sell products to walk in customers.
•Responsible for incoming Renegade Race Fuel division customer service phone calls and messages.
•Messages to the team may come from multiple sources, website, social media, email, text, or calls.
•Provide customer support or refer customer to appropriate department.
Order and Data Entry, Order Totals, Shipping Quotes
•Enter orders into 'Delivery Works' system to ensure accurate ordering and billing occurs.
•Understand and utilize Factor for the billing and credit side within Factor system.
•Generate daily common carrier BOL's for all race division products.
•Schedule LTL or Ground Service pick-ups out of front office.
•Quality Control and the Credit & Re-bill.
•Work closely with Freight Companies to reduce logistic costs and assists Operations Team in scheduling freight.
Provide administrative support for Race Executive Team and Account Managers.
•Update Supervisor on any customer service related matters.
•Update and maintain key reports relating to Sales, QC, Freight, Customer and Supplier information.
•Attend Annual Trade Shows, Race Events, or other events as customer service specialist.
•Support Renegade Reach endeavors by assisting as needed to achieve situational goal of Reach Events.
•Perform additional duties as necessary that support organizational mission.
•Assist warehouse staff during peak periods and as needed.
•General office management.
Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A qualified candidate is one who demonstrates a extremely high level of organization and multi-tasking skills. Qualified candidates must have excellent verbal communication and data management skills and be proficient in computer programs, Microsoft Word and Excel.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous administrative experience, Microsoft certification and/or other related training/certifications. Enthusiast of automotive, moto, or other racing events nationwide.
