**Overview**

The Utility Technician is responsible for performing general cleaning, trash removal and wood breakdown functions within a specific building using Forklift or Cushman equipment.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 10:am-2:pm

Pay $20. an hour

UTILITY TECHNICIAN

The Utility Technician is responsible for performing general cleaning, trash removal and wood breakdown functions within a specific building using Forklift or Cushman equipment.

Job Functions

Pick up bagged trash from pre-determined locations on building floors and, using a utility/trash cart / forklift / truck, transport to dumpster / compactor / or other designated location.

Transportation of trash from a building might require use of company provided vehicle.

Breakdown and dispose of wood pallets, wood crates, wooden fixtures in proper container and location

Maintain clean equipment and to wipe down all trash receptacles as needed.

Perform other duties as designated by Project Manager or Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

Must have valid state drivers license.

May be required to obtain a forklift operator license (provided on site by ABM)

Must be able to read and interpret traffic signs.

Must have ability to work with other crewmembers and be able to take direction from Supervisor.

Must be able to perform all physical aspects of the above job duties.
