What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead marketing initiatives and sales activities for the nVent Electrical & Fastening Solutions suite across Canada
Manage distributor relationships and drive sales growth through performance assessments and channel penetration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customer-first programs and marketing plans
Communicate competitive feedback and market dynamics to enhance solutions and strategies
Participate in industry events, including conferences and expos, to promote brand visibility
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
Minimum of 7 years in sales or business development within the electrical market
At least 3 years of experience leading manufacturing representatives or agents
Ability to travel 50% on average within the sales region
Proficiency with customer relationship management systems, preferably salesforce.com
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Established relationships with distributors and experience in negotiations at a senior level
Familiarity with market trends and the ability to translate them into business opportunities
Experience working in a remote environment
