Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive diagnostic and assessment evaluations for clients and families, developing personalized treatment plans with oversight as needed. Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, using advanced therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's needs. Lead skills-based and educational groups to empower clients in their recovery journey. Manage all aspects of client admissions, discharges, and continuing care planning. Maintain detailed client records and collaborate regularly with external partners, including probation officers and psychiatrists. Provide expert court testimony when required. Act as a mentor and leader within the clinical team, supervising interns and guiding new clinicians. Participate in staff development activities and contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace culture. Qualifications A master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field. Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) certification or licensure (or the ability to obtain within two years of hire). Basic computer skills, including proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
