The Construction Superintendent, Electrical Self Perform, will work closely with members of the project management, infrastructure engineering, project controls, and procurement departments from project design, install and through commissioning. The Construction Superintendent will manage an internal team of electricians and ensure compliance with plans and specifications all while tracking project schedule and budget.
Responsibilities
- Manage internal team of Electricians
- Ensure frequent communication with key project individuals, job site personnel, and Project Manager
- Drive the project schedule and elevate construction issues to management
- Develop and communicate logistics and other operational plans necessary, including Quality Assurance Inspections
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing the applicable state and OSHA regulations
- Perform daily and weekly site progress reports
- Maintain an organized, clean, & safe job site. Including contractor trailers, fabrication areas, and stored materials/equipment
Requirements - 5+ years of electrical, instrumentation construction experience
- Previous experience as a Superintendent and/or foreman on industrial facility construction, Brownfield construction, building renovation or tenant improvement project(s)
- Ability to work within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with tight timelines and aggressive goals
- OSHA 30 certification, current First Aid and CPR Certification, or be willing to be certified
- Working knowledge of building codes, standards, and environmental regulations including NEC & NFPA 70E
- Understanding of construction design documents and ability to provide constructability feedback prior to and during construction
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite products, construction management software, proficiency with digital plans and drawings inclusive of provision of markups and scheduling tool knowledge

Expected Compensation
$88,000 - $156,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
